You must be at least 13 to use GOTCHU. If you're between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your login. If someone else gets in, email us and we'll help.

• Don't use GOTCHU to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer the watchman to capture other people's frames. The whole point is that frames stay local; abusing that breaks the trust the product is built on.
• Don't scrape or republish operator voice lines or catchphrases. They're ours.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal where you live.

If we see abusive behavior we'll suspend the account. Egregious cases get reported to whoever needs to know.

Free tier is free forever. No credit card, no expiration.

Premium Monthly is $5.99/month, auto-renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time in two taps inside the app or by emailing us. No refund on already-billed months; cancellation stops the next charge.

Premium Lifetime (Founding 1000) is $19.99 once. You get every operator we ever release, no recurring charges, ever. Lifetime is final sale— you're buying the OG Founding Member badge and a price locked for life, not a trial. If you're unsure, run the Free tier first or pick Monthly. We'll consider refunds in exceptional cases (duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud) — email us and a human will look at it.

Stripe processes everything. We never see or store your card number.

The 15 operators (names, voices, designs, lore, catchphrases) are ours. Don't republish them as your own.

Anything you create with GOTCHU (your custom intent phrases, streak history, focus session notes) is yours. We have a license to host and display it inside your account; we don't use it for anything else, ever.

Camera mode is local-only. The full story is in our Privacy Policy. Short version: frames never leave your device, and we publish a self-serve audit endpoint.

Software changes. Sometimes operators get retired (we'll give 60 days notice). Sometimes features get reworked. We won't take away anything you paid for without offering a refund or replacement.

GOTCHU is provided “as-is.” We try hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise zero downtime. Our total liability for any claim related to GOTCHU is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. If that's yours, the limitation only applies as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the company is registered. If we disagree about something, we try to work it out by email first.

If we make material changes we'll email everyone with an account at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
